The Sick mode the singer was booked under his real name, Jacques Bermon Webster, at 4.35am (6.35pm AEST) on Thursday, according to a record on the Miami-Dade County Department of Corrections website.
Scott posted $500 bond on the trespassing charge and $150 bond on the drunkenness charge.
He was arrested at 1:44 a.m. at the Miami Beach Marina, authorities said.
Representatives for Scott have been contacted for comment.
Scott was on a charter boat and was involved in a disturbance/argument with the crew, according to police.
