Prince Harry and Meghan have arrived in Nigeria for their first official international tour since leaving the royal family.
The Sussexes were invited by Nigeria’s Chief of Defense Staff Christopher Musa, the country’s most senior military official.
The visit to the West African nation will primarily be one where they champion youth mental health and the Invictus Games.
Their first engagement was an event organized at a school in the Nigerian capital, Abuja.
Outside Lightway Academy, students lined up patiently to welcome the royal couple, along with a troupe of dancers.
The couple met with students and staff from the GEANCO Foundation, which supports girls and young women across the country with menstrual health products and education.
